GOOD TIME
After a long swim, Salma and Monika played in the park, jumping and dancing, just having a good time enjoying each other's company. Priceless moment.
HAPPY 3 MONTHS ! !
My baby nephew turned 3 months old on July 4. Why did he do this to us? growing so fast right before our eyes? That's not fair!

Salma, my grand-niece, was so proud of herself to receive a throphy for having the highest academic achievement in her class. You can tell, I am one proud grant auntie.
BEAUTY AND INTELLIGENCE
Introducing Monika, the girl who has both beauty and intelligence. She has always been ranked #1 in her class [for acadeic achievement] since day one she entered school. And she maintains that rank, until now. Way to go, girl!!
NAUFAL
Remember my brand spanking new nephew? He will certainly be the new favorite subject of my photography. He's so stinking cute (of course, I'm biased!) I can't get enough of him!!
THE GIRL NAMED AFTER ME
This girl was born when I was still residing in California and not until I returned to Indonesia that I found out she was named after me! I was surprised and honored, of course. I never knew that her mother (who is my distant cousin) adores me so much that she named her baby after me. So I feel special bond with this girl. The first time we met, she was quite shy though, but then warmed up after a few laughs and I was able to steal a little smile here. Isn't she beautiful?

My nephew has just been born today... YAY!! He's just a beautiful baby! Congratz to my little brother and his wife.
ONE FINE WEEKEND

NO MORE PICTURE, PLEASE...
This time, my niece [who usually demanded to have her pictures taken every time she visited me] got tired of it whereas her pictures needed to be taken to fulfill one of her school requirement. She immediately threw a tantrum the minute her school uniform was put on. She just got tired of getting her pictures taken... at least for today.
FAMILY VISIT
My relatives came to visit me today after learning from my parents that I got an accident. They cooked me lunch, made me laugh, and my soon to be 4-yr old grand niece kept me entertained the whole time during their stay. And, of course, they went swimming while they were here!
BUST A GUT ! ! !
Despite playing alone, Salma was all happy and laugh all the time. She surely missed her cousin who usually played with her, but she proved to be a self-suffcient little girl who can be happy during the absence of her best friend. This photo is the evidence!

STARTING PRE-SCHOOL
My grandniece is starting pre-school tomorrow! How exciting is that? I'm sure it's not gonna be easy on the first day but I think she's gonna like it because she loves having friends around. Good luck, sweetie!
PLAYING SOLO
Today, Salma played Solo as Mutiara went out of town to visit her aunt. Salma missed her but he didn't miss a bit of fun. She enjoyed her solo rides and the pictures below say it all.
